With the developing of the aging process, Chinese retirement policy had been not well adapted to the requirements of social and economic development. The delaying retirement age issue has been put on the agenda. However, the pressure of employment market has being great. "Graduates Employment" and other issues are outstanding. If delay retirement age, many people will be worry about the social space and therefore squeeze employment for young people. Therefore, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the supply and the demand on the labor market changes, it is necessary to analyze the delayed impact of the retirement age on the labor market.First, this paper analyzes the status quo of China’s retirement age policy, pointing out some of the problems existing. Second, predicting the labor supply and demand from 2015 to 2050. Data reveal about the shortages of labor market labor. On this basis, analysis the impact of delaying retirement age on the labor market, from a macro point of view. Pointed out that the delay retirement age, with the promotion of economic growth, job creation and extrusion parts of the dual role of youth employment, has little effect on the whole youth employment. And then analyze the needs of employers in different sectors of the labor force aged from the microscopic point of view. Indicates information transmission, software and IT services, leasing and business services, scientific research and technology is more suitable for the elderly employment services industry. At last, suggestions for possible problems.
