Industrial Integration Development Research In Xinjiang Based On Employment Guidance

Xinjiang is located in northwest China border, sparsely populated, many nationalities. or a long time, employment is the largest people’s livelihood issues. Currently, Xinjiang stability work is very heavy, promote employment and maintain social stability has become a fundamental strategy to achieve long-term stability, we have to solve the masses of all employment, particularly employment issues in southern Xinjiang people of all nationalities.Solve the employment problem is inseparable from a steady growth of the local economy, while industrial development is the soul of a region’s economic growth, so we solve the employment problem lies in the development of the industry foothold. Therefore, the development of Xinjiang converged local employment is one way to solve the problem, it should focus on the development of labor-intensive industries.In this paper, the theory of industrial economics, labor economics, regional economics and econometrics and other disciplines, drawing on existing research literature, the use of relevant statistical yearbook data, using input-output method, empirical method formula method from Xinjiang people’s livelihood and social stability in the overall situation, combined with the Xinjiang actual development of industrial integration problems are analyzed system. First proposed the concept of industrial integration development, can be briefly summarized as the development of the industry should not be confined to the industry itself, but also should be concerned about the impact associated with their employment, environment, social welfare and other aspects; and from the changes in the industrial structure of the three industries and changes in employment structure, three industrial structure and employment elasticity deviation of three industries studied three aspects of Industrial Structure changes in labor employment effect, and in terms of demographic factors, economic factors, such as analysis of the factors affecting the development of Xinjiang industrial integration, identify the most appropriate stage of development of Xinjiang industry converged industry; Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects.This paper proposes the integration of industrial development, it provides a new idea for the development of industry, at the same time, it ease the employment pressure for Xinjiang to promote local economic development, improving people’s living standards and maintaining social stability has theoretical and practical significance.
