Study On The Development And Practice Of Yushu City Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative Economy Organization

Firstly, this thesis discussed the basis of rural specialized cooperative economic organization, then, started from the historical level, analyzed the development of the rural specialized cooperative economic organization in China, and discussed the important effects of economic organization to agricultural development. According to above analysis, this thesis put forward that in the important period of the new countryside construction.To develop the rural cooperative economic organization can promote the agricultural development.This thesis make Yu Shu cit in Ji Lin province as the example, studied the status quo of the rural specialized cooperative economic organization in this area. Although, Yu Shu city is still in the initial development stage, according to empirical research, the economic organization in Tao Yuan town is presenting a rapid development trend and gradually became a new pattern which dominated by professional associations. Professional cooperatives and joint-stock cooperative worked closely for common development, also, the organization form had been upgraded. This thesis introduced cooperative economic theory firstly, then make the rural specialized cooperative economic organization in Yu Shu city as the example, studied its development history, experiments and existing problems. According to the research, it showed that there are several problems and disadvantages in some aspects of the rural specialized cooperative economic organization, such as drive mechanism, development, management and internal operating. Throughout further analysis, this thesis put forward that those existing problems should be solved in legal, institutional environment, policies, and training mechanism etc.Through the questionnaire survey method, the author studied the real situation of the specialized cooperative economic organization in this area. According to the content of questionnaire, we found that a large number of farmers do not know much about this organization, and most of them did not join in. In addition, many organization members said there are still many shortcomings of service in their organization. For the suggestions of farmers, the author thinks that to complete this organization in policies, financial subsidy, professional training and strengthen the management system is very important.Based on the existing problems analysis of economic organization in Yu Shu city, put forward suggestions; to improve the content of related laws; to step up publicity efforts; formulate policies to support the development of organization; to improve the internal management mechanism.
