In 2014,the number of Internet users in China reached 649 million, the number of online shopping users reached 361 million,and that the number of online shopping have increased rapidly every year. Online shopping as akind of consumer behavior has become very popular and is not limited to time and spacenowadays. We produced 14 billion packages in 2014, including 10 billion packages from e-commerce. Packages from e-commerce has taken up more than 70% of all the packages.In this article, I will start from online shopping dataanalyse the development status of China’s modern logistics and express industry. The explosion of e-commerce brings great opportunities for development to logistics and express industry.Nearly four years, the logistics and express industry are more and more thriving and booming. The average annual growth rate of express volume is over 50%, the growth rate of express income is more than 35%. So many express orders are accelerating the development of logistics and express industry, but also bring a tremendous burden.The original models and the technology have been unable to meet the development needs of modern logistics. New technologies will inprove the logistics efficiency by GPS, big data,intelligent sorting system and so on.At home and abroad, there are many successful enterprises of express and logistics industry. This paper will introduce UPS, Fed Ex, SF, STO, Deppon and their business modes, core strengths and competitiveness, to explore the logistics segmentation markets, and give the case enterprise some suggestions about logistics service.Many companies are actively integrating and building electricity supplier logistics. Alibaba Group combines many enterprises to integrate the advantages of resources, building cainiao network, in order to achieve a 24-hour fast delivery net in China. SF heike actively expandsits customer stores, combined with its logistics and electricity supplier, to develop fresh cold chain logistics. Jingdong continue to develop its logistics and consolidate its logistics and delivery advantages. Many electricity suppliers identify differentiated markets, and have a position ofsegmentation markets in the future.The last mile distribution because of its directly contact with customers, has great commercial value, many distribution companies rely on a lot of its advantages, to provide differentiated services. This paper studies the companies are: ele, SHBJ, shequ001, bjcs100, smart cabinet courier, courier easy, mailworld, Vanke happy relay,beequick, edaixi, KFC home delivery and so on. According to separately analyzing their businesses and development status, we can know the close distribution is more and more flourishing and booming.The first four chapters of thepaper are researching on the development of the logistics and express industry under e-commerce about distribution modes.The final chapter is applied to real projects. In this paper, I will take Chongqing H Group for example, combining the Group’s own business needs and future development orientation, to formulate recommendations about their logistics delivery. This article gives five logistics suggestions, each has advantages and disadvantages, but there are some differency.
