The Research Of The Coordination Development Between Urbanization And Regional Construction Of XPCC

Urbanization and regional construction were the inevitable process of social development,,they work together to promote the region’s economic and social progress, respectively from two dimensions,the regional and the town, it is a inevitably choice for regional social and economy booming to correlation between these two parts. is the strategic task in the development of urbanization in the new period, is also the concept of scientific development in the regional construction requirements. The Xinjiang region is the core region of the silk road, the development of the region is facing important opportunities, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC) is a special organizationas, has a special system,undertakes the glorious mission of guarding frontier areas, to advance the coordinated development of urbanization and regional coordinated is an important part of improving the comprehensive economic strength of the XPCC, and it can also solves a series of problems such as the backward area of construction,imbalance in the spatial structure and the low effect of urban development, especially the need of the regional construction and urbanization of the XPCC during the "twelfth five-year", and realize the XPCC plays an important role in promoting the stable development and lasting stability.This study overviews comprehensively the connotation and characteristics of urbanization and regional construction and analyzes the mechanism between the two, and reviews the process and the development status of urbanization and regional construction of the XPCC. By choosing concrete indicators which reflect the urbanization and regional construction development, this paper constructs evaluation index system of coordination degree and analyses the comprehensive benefit of urbanization and regional construction, the overall coordination development level and coordination degree of the XPCC from both dynamic and static angles by applying the coordination evaluation mode. Finally, we build the mechanism of the XPCC construction of urbanization and regional coordinated development, put forward a series of suggestions to improve the coordinated relationship between urbanization and regional construction of the XPCC.The study finds that the coordination degree between urbanization and regional construction is different from 2005 to 2013, but still at a low Coordination level, and the regional construction level and urbanization level shows a tendency of spiral. Simultaneously, the overall coordination development level and coordination degree are also significantly different among the different divisions of XPCC.
