In the contemporary society, the competition between the enterprises has become more and more intense, today in our county the cheap labor is became history, if you want to reduce the enterprise cost,we not only need research new technologies, but also must improve employees’ ability and quality, so it is very important to improve the staff’s various aspects ability. a lot of research shows that the enterprise investment in training and development are closely related to the improvement of productivity and competitiveness, the reason of the training and development can help the enterprise to deal with the corresponding talent competitive challenges. But so far, although many companies understand its importance, they don’t know how the training, and the content of the training needs and objectives, they cause the current predicament of some companys. Therefore, based on the above situation, and based on a large number of references, using view of system dynamics point to research influence human resources training effect, through the stock of causality diagram and flow chart, and use the advance vensim software to simulation study abroad, so that research and demonstrate its important influence to test our hypothesis, for the follow-up of human resources training of local enterprises in China,it can provide powerful reference and promoting effect, the study in China is still very rare today, so I think it has a great significance for study of this subject.
