Application And Research Of Green Supply Chain Management In Steel Industry

Currently,one of the primary goals of our development is environmental protection and resource conservation.The steel industryin resource consumption and environmental pollution occupy the most important position,lead its development faces enormous pressures and challenges. So the steel industryshould change the development mode as soon as possible.Green supply chain management can achieve the goal of energy saving, increase the economic and environmental benefits,it is also an important way to achieve the development of environmentaland social.Therefore, it is necessary to conduct special studies for ideas and models of the steel industry green supply chain management..In this paper, I combine green supply chain management theory with the practicaldevelopment of our steel industry. I extract the evaluation index system for our steel industry green supply chain management and validate its reasonableness with the statistical analysis(SPSS) method,and establish gray cognate evaluation model of the steel industry green supply chain management on the basis of gray system theory.Finally, I take a large steel company(It has four large-scale iron and steel enterprises) as empirical study of the evaluation model.I make horizontal and vertical analysisgreen supply chain managementfrom 2009 to 2013 of the four steel companies through the evaluation model, and sort the level of green supply chain management of different companies. I also learn that the overall level of green supply chain management increase year by year. Therefore, green supply chain management not only achieve the purpose of saving energy, but also increase benefits of companies. End in the paper, I summarize and analyze the research process of the paper, and put forward further prospects of the steel industry green supply chain management..The paper mainly has two aspects of innovation:Firstly, extract evaluation system to the steel industry green supply chain management, and build a relatively scientific and rational gray correlation evaluation method to steel industry green supply chain management with gray system theory;Secondly, I use this model to analyze the practical status of enterprises, and get a good application effect.Therefore,our steel industry should fully learn the concept of supply chain management to improve its competitiveness and achieve the upgrading and sustainable developmentof the steel industry as soon as possible..
