A Study On The Selection And Management Of Suppliers Of BD Company Steel Engineering Project Based On Green Supply Chain

With the globalization of the world economy and the progress of industrialization, the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious, which has become a topic of concern and research. In order to protect the environment and maintain the ecological balance, many countries have introduced environmental protection laws, regulations and policies. As an industrial country, China’s environmental pollution is increasingly severe, which has seriously affected people’s life. The outline of the 13 th Five-Year Plan(2016-2020) approves on economic and social development,which requires the implementation the concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development.In this context, China has introduced a variety of laws and regulations on environmental protection. Green and low carbon life style has become people’s life value. Low carbon economy is increasingly popular.In order to realize the balance between economy development and environmental protection, the concept of green supply chain has been born at the right moment. For the green supply chain management, the choice of appropriate and green supplier is the first link as the supplier is the source in the whole supply chain. Whether the raw material is green has a direct impact on each link of the downstream production and sales. Therefore, in order to produce green products, it is necessary to select the appropriate green suppliers, which can ensure that the source of the supply chain is green. This paper has researched the steel structure-engineering product of the BD Company and constructed a supplier selection model in thecontext of green supply chain environment. In addition,the supplier selection strategy in green supply chain has been discussed with the purpose of achieving better green supply chain management.Based on the serious pollution of construction industry, the paper has elaborated on the necessity and importance of the implementation of the green supply chain management in construction industry and the theoretical and practical significance of the article has been proposed. The literature review of the domestic and foreign research on the green supply chain management has been done. As the starting point for this paper, the research defects and deficiencies has been pointed out. Then the paper analyzes the concept, characteristics, process and theoretical basis of the green supplier. In the analysis of green supply chain supplier selection based on the important significance of constructed green supplier selection model, this paper has explored the establishment of the supplier selection index system, including five indicators of the third level and eight secondary indicators,which are further subdivided into many third level indicators. Furthermore, level analysis method has been employed to determine the index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been conducted to evaluate and choose the suppliers. Besides, evaluation model in BD Company steel structure project of green supplier selection has been applied. Meanwhile, the chosen steel structure suppliers are under leveled control and management. Therefore, it is possible to establish a system of effective and feasible freen supplier management strategies and verify the feasibility of the model and the realization of the unity of economic and environmental benefits.
