In the 5000 years chinese cultural,there are two types of cultural is everywhere“Family Cultural” and “Rank and Grading Cultural”. In the modern enter management also exist this kind of cultural“Paternalistic Leadership”and“ Ranking and Grading Atmosphere”,had a major impact on the enterprise.So how the“Paternalistic Leadership” influence the organazational loyalty is the key of this research.In this paper,use 600 employees as sample and use the method of questionnaire.Research the effect of different latitude “Paternalistic Leadership” on employees organizational loyalty.the organazational loyalty involves two aspects,include the employees organization commitment and turnover intention.and join the “Ranking and Grading Atmosphere” as moderator variable.Research the “Ranking and Grading Atmosphere”how to play regulation mechanism.Adopting the society established a research model as the basic theory in the theory of exchange.Data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS statistical software.Draw the following conclusions:(1)“Paternalistic Leadership” exists widely in paternalistic leadership.(2)The survey sample shows demographic variables are also in the employee’s organizational commitment and turnover intention have different effects.(3)the paternalistic leadership and the dimensions of organizational commitment and turnover intention have different effects.(4)“Ranking and Grading Atmosphere”in each dimension of paternalistic leadership and organizational commitment and turnover have different roles in regulating tendency...
