Inbound tourism,as one of tourism three major market,not only can bring foreign exchange reservation,but also can drive economic growth of other industries,can increase the destination awareness,and can enhance the image of the destination. Therefore, in order to speeding up Xin Jiang inbound tourism’s development, exploring and researching influencing factors of Xin Jiang inbound tourism demand has practical significance.This paper analyzes development of Xin Jiang inbound tourism in the last 13 years.Results show that in recent 13 years.Tourist’s country is towards to diversification.Xin Jiang inbound tourism is on the rise in general.Asia, as the main tourist market of Xin Jiang, develops rapidly in recent years.Africa and Oceania has become an emerging market of Xin Jiang.Europe and North America still is one of the main market of Xin Jiang, although its growth is relatively slower than before. The basic tourism consumption is higher than the nonbasic, and tourist consumption structure has to be optimized.Then, basing on the tourism demand classical theory and assuming that tourist motivation, preference and leisure time is definite, this paper analysis Xinjiang inbound tourism demand influential factors by qualitative method. With the help of "double log-linear regression model" and "panel data model", author built the Xinjiang inbound tourism demand model.This paper selects the latest data related tourism of 2001-2013 about 11 Xinjiang source countries.Through doing empirical analysis, author got some factors which can influence Xin Jiang inbound tourism demand, expounding their influence degree and the different performance to different tourist source country.Think: tourism resource is a very important influencing factor, 11 countries all show positive correlation. Per capita income is very important influencing factor, among 11 countries, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, France, Australia and USA is positive correlation, and Mongolia and Russia is negative correlation. Tourist’s employment environment is an important influencing factor, in 11 countries, India, Pakistan, Britain, France, Australia and American 6 countries are positive correlation, Russia is negative related. Exchange rate and opening-door to the outside is more significant influencing factor.there are 6 countries are significant in 11 countries, and their influences all show 2 sides of positive and negative. Tourism consumption price is a significant factor, India, Mongolia, Pakistan, Singapore and Russia 5 countries are significant and show positive correlation in 11 countries.From the above, the factors mentioned all have a effect on Xinjiang inbound tourism demand, and the degree of the impact decrease progressively. In addition, it can be seen that the economic, political, cultural and other special events also have an impact on Xinjiang inbound tourism demand through the analysis of special events.
