| Online recruitment has wide coverage, timeliness strong, low cost, strong pertinence and some other advantages. Online recruitment industry in the United States seizes the opportunities of the Internet that has a rapid development and becomes a giant in online recruitment industry. In contrast, although the online recruitment industry in China started slowly, but now the whole industry is in a golden period of rapid development. Of course, between China and USA in online recruitment industry, there is still a huge gap.I will introduce Potter’s "Diamond Model" to analyze the problem in online recruitment industry. First, to start from the current development status of the online recruitment industry, then base o the six aspects of "Diamond Model" to analyze the cause of the difference. By comparison with USA, there are many shortcomings of online recruitment industry in China. For example, the Internet infrastructure is not perfect, the market shortage of technical personnel; online recruitment industry for talent attraction is not strong. Meanwhile, China’s online recruitment industry also has its own advantages. For example, the domestic market in the rapidly expanding,Chinese culture has formed a strong competitive barriers. In the analysis of the United States on the basis of experience, based on China’s industry environment, I will put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on development of China’s online recruitment industry. |
