Landless Farmers Insurance System Research Endowment

With the development of urbanization and industrialization, expanding demand for construction land, a large number of rural agricultural land and farmland expropriated, thus forming a large number of landless peasants. China has entered the stage of an aging population, when farmers lost their land which is an important safeguard, landless peasants pension has been an increasingly serious problem. Landless peasants has made great contributions to industrial development and alleviated the pressure of urbanization, but their own interests have not been guaranteed. the study of landless peasants pension insurance system has a very important practical significance.This paper describes the status of landless peasants in Suzhou City, comparing with Minimum living security system and Endowment insurance system for urban enterprise workers, we found that landless peasants pension in payment levels and other security measures do not in place. In order to better understand the specific situation of landless peasants pension insurance, we use questionnaires to visit landless peasants and understand the wishes of participating in a pension insurance.Urban-rural dual structure, imperfect land requisition system and land tenure systems caused a low level of landless peasants to pay pension insurance system, the burden of individual contributions and other issues. Britain, France, Germany, Shanghai, Xi’an, Chongqing and other pension insurance models are analyzed, and provide experience for the landless peasants pension insurance system.
