In recent years, since environmental damage has been a serious threat to human living space, green problems have caused the attention of all walks of life. As one of the most important sector for Energy and Resource Consumption and environmental impact, construction has been the focus area of energy saving and emission reduction. Construction stage is not only the concentration stage energy and resource consumption, but also causes the most environment load. So a large number of green construction technologies came into being. In this paper, a scientific and applicable evaluation model for greenness of green construction technology is established for the ‘green degrees’ comprehensive evaluation of green construction technologies, and provides the basis for construction enterprise’s technology selection and the directions for construction technologies’ improvement, promotes the sustainable development of construction.This paper systemizes existing literature and related theories, especially green construction, greenness, green construction technology, Theory of Sustainable Development and green production. On this basis, it introduces the concept of greenness to the evaluation green construction technology. By means of plentiful literature sum-up and field survey, it analyzes the influence factors of the greenness of green construction technology. And then, the basic index system is established. It is optimized based on the expert opinions to determine the index system of the greenness evaluation of green construction technology, which can prepare good foundation for constructing greenness evaluation models.A summary of evaluation methods is given and then it chooses index method for the basic numerical method. Several changes are introduced here: indexes are classified, it proposes methods for data collection and optimization of each tape of index, it ascertains the weights for the indexes where there are influences by establish ANP network structure model. In the end, it comes up with the greenness evaluation models, which consists of four main parts: the evaluation object selection mechanism, the calculation of greenness indices, the determination method of standard value and standards for evaluation.Based on the greenness evaluation and the empirical analysis results of wooden template, bamboo template,plastic template and steel template, the applicability and sacientificity of the model are verified and directions are also put forward to promote the improvement of template technologies.
