The hotel industry is one of the most important parts of the tourism industry, which are labor-intensive industries. With the rapid development of tourism industry, the hotel industry in China is also very rapid expansion. However, the hotel industry has revealed these problems, such as the high turnover rate of employees, employee demand gap. Therefore, based on the actual problems and the previous research, this research select the employees of the OCT East theme hotel cluster Shenzhen as the object to study, exploring the correlation between job satisfaction and employee turnover intention. Based on Minnesota satisfaction scale and the turnover intention scale that compiled by Walumbwa and Lawler, this study collected 305 valid questionnaires. Using the exploratory factor analysis, the author extracted four dimensions of job satisfaction: working environment, job reward, job involvement and job itself. Then the author used the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis to solve research problems, the results are as follows:(1) The different demographic variables, the different turnover intention. The different positions in the office of employee and the different department office, the satisfaction and turnover intention have significant differences.(2) The dimensions of employee satisfaction and turnover intention are negatively related. The job reward had the largest influence on the turnover intention, followed by job involvement and job itself and working environment.At the end of this research, the author proposed some strategies to improve employee satisfaction and control staff turnover, which for the theme hotel in Shenzhen OCT East. But also it can give some reference to other hotel operators.
