Along with society's development, management science theory starts pay more attention to the management of the talented person which is the capital resource, People-oriented business management is gradually becoming a consensus.The incentive mechanism, which is based on meeting person's intrinsic need, by enhancing person's subjective initiative to raise enterprise's comprehensive efficiency, and more reflects humanism, has becomes the deciding factor in the development even success's or failure's key aspect of enterprise.WL Corporation is a private manufacturer of fine chemical industry with middle and small size in Puyang city, Henan Province.Because the growth foundation is weak, enterprise incentive mechanism relative lag and is also very imperfect. The staff needs can't be satisfied effectively, resulting in lock of work enthusiastic initiative, and impeding communication and coordination. Thus, the present incentive mechanism has played disadvantageous influence on the enterprise production and sale and has become the serious restriction on corporate growth.Therefore, it is necessary to propose reasonable countermeasure, gradually establish and consummates the WL Corporation's incentive mechanism to promote the corporate growth by study the incentive mechanism of WL Corporation. And this research can provide reference for the incentive mechanism construction of small and medium-sized Private enterprise in our developed mid-west country. So,this work has very important theory and practical significance.In this thesis,the present incentive mechanism of WL Corporation is investigated. By combination the Chinese and western incentive theories, the problem of the present incentive mechanism in WL Corporation is analyzed. Some defects and deficiencies such as the inadequate incentive system construction, unitary incentives, poor human resources management and so on are identified. Based on this investigation, the demand characteristic and the psychological feature of staff with different level and type, such as the high and middle managers, the high skill talented persons, the ordinary staff, and workers are analyzed in detail from many angles.The outline of incentive mechanism construction, as well as the corresponding drive plan in WL Corporation, including the salary incentive system, the inspection system, career designing, the enterprise culture and so on, is proposed. And it is emphasized that the incentive mechanism propaganda must be strengthen to make the incentive mechanism play role really, stimulate staffs enthusiasm and initiative maximum, display the staff potential fully and ultimately improve enterprise efficiency, and promote sustainable development of enterprise.
