F City is located in the northwest of China, the unique climate and topographic and geologic conditions, mostly hilly loess-based.the real estate development space is limited. A real estate projects ready to cut mountains and make land, the real estate development and construction period, large-scale investment, the impact of many factors, most tings are hard to control. Real estate development there special risks that may cause losses.Firstly, according to the characteristics of loess areas of real estate development projects and the local geological environment, the application checklist method to identify the major risks affecting the real estate development projects are: the cost of risk, security risk, policy and market risk, environmental risk. Contains 12 specific factors: the cost of land leveling, municipal facilities costs, preliminary engineering costs, environmental factors, construction dust, extent of land suitable for construction, cutting mountain reclamation disaster after disaster smooth development process, foundation problems, urban consumption patterns, real estate policy, interbank market conditions.Secondly, the application of entropy measurement method established risk assessment model, the four risk factors indicators combined with expert scoring method in order to obtain the various indicators of the impact of the project total risk score, to obtain the total risk factor in real estate development is 0.39, basically belong to control risk, which costs up to 0.786 risk indicators, description of the cost risk indicators in four risk factors, the greatest uncertainty.Again, given the appropriate risk responses for different risk values to reduce risk, reduce losses.
