Human resources management plays an important role in modern enterprise management. Whether human resources excellent or not directly determines the competition result of enterprises. Staff training is an important part of human resources management, and right now more and more managers emphasize staff training. When the enterprise start the staff training work, it’s quite necessary to focus on employees’ self-development and satisfy market’s demands to make the training work meet the enterprise development strategy.Most enterprises will strengthen the staff training to improve its core competitiveness and make the staff serve the enterprise firmly. Staff training work decides directly the enterprises’ talents quality, especially the professional talents. When the enterprise realized excellent talents guarantee companies’ sustainable development, they will put more efforts on staff training work in order to improve its market competitive ability.How to make sure staff training quality and how to guarantee employees master the fresh knowledge and techniques is now a serious problem in human resources management. Now enterprises are all eager to find more suitable and effective training program. This article deeply analyzes DKDH Enterprise’s staff training demands based on its state and trends of development, find out crux problem existed at DKDH Enterprise’s staff training work from the thought of human resources knowledge and DKDH’s development strategy. This article offers practical staff training plans which to improve DKDH Enterprise’s core competitiveness, combine employees’ self-development with enterprise training to make sure satisfy employees’ self-development demands and motivate employees’ enthusiasm and initiative to the staff training work, renew self-development idea and master new knowledge and techniques in order to work better and better. Strengthen employees’ talents to meet companies’ demands to talents, which also greatly promote companies’ significant growth, become the root of companies’ competitive ability, and confirm the common development of both employee and company.This article fully analyzed and researched enterprises’ staff training work from the thought of scientific reach methods. All the training theory and analyze methods could be used as reference for staff training work. The enterprises start staff training work not only satisfy employees’ self-development, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises but also plays an important role in enterprises highly adaptable to the whole market, upgrade staff quality, satisfy self growth needs and enhance organizational performance.
