With the fierce market competition, fast changing economic situation and increasing employee turn over ratio, more and more companies have realized that employees are the basis for the companies sustainable development and the more we retain, the more competitive we will become. And in the modern Human Resources Management, “people” have become the most valuable asset. Therefore, to increase employees’ motivation has become the focus for all companies. At the same time, a new theory called “Employee Engagement” has come into our view. More and more companies have realized that highly engaged colleagues are more likely to help others, to do extra miles and can move forward with the company.Research and investigate the effects of employee engagement over what factors of Kahn and May the people have deepened. They used a combination of empirical and theoretical studies of the way in the study. Said researchers carrying out research work, mostly the factors affecting the engagement as a whole are discussed and analyzed. In sorting out these documents, in fact, it can also be found that there was a inter-influence between different factors and colleagues career development factor take the most important part in colleagues engagement. So in this paper, the colleagues engagement factor has been divided into Colleagues Career Development Factor、Salary and Welfare Factor、Company Atmosphere Factor, Company Development Factor, Working Resources Factor、Working Interests Factor、Family Factor and Personal Factor. And the colleague engagement dimensions have been divided into Working Involvement Dimension, Company Involvement Dimension and Development Pursuing Dimension. And I will use questionnaire analysis to study the influence of each factor to each dimension.In this paper, the analysis of the factors which influence the career development to bring engagement, the use of statistical analysis, Using Pearson correlation to indicate the significant relation between colleagues career development and colleagues engagement, also the inner-relationship between the colleagues engagement dimensions. At last, the stepwise regression analysis is applied to probe into the influence of colleagues career development to colleagues engagement dimensions. The key findings has validated that colleagues career development factor plays an important role in colleagues engagement. And colleagues career development has the positive correlation relationship with colleagues engagement dimensions and there is positive correlation relationship between the colleagues engagement dimensions.Finally, in order to encourage management theory, according to empirical findings of this article, based on the perspective of employees through employee career development proposed to enhance employee engagement are the three dimensions, including Working Involvement Dimension, Company Involvement Dimension and Development Pursuing Dimension through colleagues career development.
