This study adopts job burnout scale MBI-GS,COPE- coping scale,job demands,job resources scale,Big Five Personality Questionnaire(NEO-FFI) were investigated from BZ rural credit cooperatives 175 employees,through the statistical methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis,discusses the influence of demographic variables, job demands, job resources variables variables,coping, personality variables on job burnout,job burnout and further divided into three dimensions,predict to observe the role of personality factor in the control of the situation after the gain factor.Correlation analysis results show that the effect of demographic variables, age and education background of significant,older more prone to emotional exhaustion and be cynical,the higher the degree of professional self-efficacy is lower,job demands and job burnout negatively correlated;job resources and job burnout positively correlated,positive coping and burnout negatively correlated,for burnout is negative related;personality of extraversion,agreeableness,openness,accountability and burnout negatively related to neuroticism and burnout,positive correlation.The results of the regression analysis show that,after controlling for demographic variables,job demands,job resources and coping style,personality variables on emotional exhaustion,low professional efficacy prediction of additional,mainly neuroticism and extraversion and neuroticism predicted emotional exhaustion,low professional responsibility to predict efficacy,but no personality variables predictive role of extra to be cynical.This study is to explain the theory of interaction between influence factors of BZ rural credit cooperatives job burnout,is not only the job requirements and the work characteristics of situational factors,also has the big five personality factors,reveals the gain effect of personality and situation is different in the three dimensions of job burnout,the actual significance of the main provides a theoretical foundation for the organization to intervene.
