With the development of economy and society,the staffs in the enterprise is facing more and more job demand,the staffs are more strongly feel the status of job burnout,which is the certain result of economic and social development.The emergence of job burnout will not only affect the individual's organizational behavior and career development,but also to enterprises.This paper based on the model of job demand and resources to discuss how do the job resources and calling influence the job demand and job burnout,and puts forward opinions and suggestions,let the enterprises to take corresponding measures in selecting,educating and keeping people,to ensure that employees have a good sense of calling to face all kinds of pressure and for the job demand,but also in the work provided to employees in the corresponding job resources,to make employees do a better job,reduce job burnout.In this paper,literature analysis and questionnaire survey are used to study the theoretical and empirical aspects of the proposed model.First of all,the research literature of the scholars are combed to lay the theoretical foundation for this study.Then using the scholars revised questionnaire on the research object,using the questionnaire of job burnout scale(MBI-GS),job resource scale,calling scale,job demand scale and its subscales,investigated 521 subjects,selected the final 418 completed survey data,using SPSS 19.0 and Amos 21.0 for data descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,then make the following conclusions :1,there are some differences in the demographic variables such as gender,education,department and position.2,there is a correlation between the job demands including its dimensions,calling,and the job resources and job burnout.3,job resources have moderating effects on the relationship between job overload and low achievement,and work resources have moderating effects on workfamily conflict and low sense of achievement.4,calling have a moderating effect on job requirements and job burnout,caliing moderating the relationship between work family conflict and cynical.
