Along with the increasing pressure of competition, the increasingly fine division of labor, people long time engaged in a single work, makes the occupation burnout phenomenon is more and more significant in the workplace. At the present stage of occupation burnout research from the object of study ways, limited to teachers, nurses, civil servants and other industries, for the sales industry occupation burnout research less. From the factors affecting said, often separate from the working effect of features or separate from the analysis of personality characteristics, the theory of less research on the integration of the two.The author as a real estate company in Handan City, home buyers consultant, combined with actual situation and the related theory will professional demand, resource model(referred to as the JD-R model) and core self evaluation combined.
