The Studies On The Re-employment Of Landless Famer

This paper is about the research of farmers whose land has been purchased by Economic Development Zone of Lianshui.Jiangsu,It is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs?Labor migration theory to analyze the those farmers' present employment situation and influence factors,based on this,It gives reasonable proposals about how to solve those farmers' re-employment problems.First of all,this paper elaborates the basic theory and basic concept,laid a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;Then it gives deep analysis of those farmers' reemployment status quo?ideas and influence factors of re-employment according to the research and interviews of 150 farmers whose land has been purchased on Economic Development Zone of Lianshui.Jiangsu;Through research,Economic Development Zone of Lianshui.Jiangsu existing implementations landless peasants re-employment way present situation and existing problems are analyzed;Finally,further promote Economic Development Zone of Lianshui.Jiangsu landless peasants realize reemployment reasonable suggestions.
