Transportation industry is one of the important pillar industry of national economy, highway passenger transportation is one of important parts. With the development of our country’s economy, transportation industry is developing rapidly in recent years, under the condition of increasing in the total amount of talent, the cultivation of professional talent is good the guarantee of the development of the transportation industry.In recent years, changzhou road passenger transportation system is gradually realize the importance of training, leadership began to pay attention to the worker education activities, spend a lot of money on training, formulate the relevant training files, but in the practical training of the final effect evaluation is often become a mere formality. Although the training evaluation is one of the most important link, but in many cases the end of the training evaluation is just make a satisfaction survey, there are many need to perfect place.
