Equipment manufacturing industry plays an irreplaceable role in China’s economic development and national security, performance appraisal incentives to improve the performance of businesses and employees become increasingly important. Performance appraisal justice directly affects the performance appraisal results. For the relationship between performance appraisal justice and employee job performance under the background of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province were discussed between, the paper studies the interaction between sub-dimensions of performance appraisal justice, and its impact on job performance, aimed at deeper understanding the mechanism of performance appraisal justice for enterprises to enhance their performance appraisal justice, improve the talent incentive mechanism, improve employee performance and provide theoretical reference.This article uses procedure justice, interactive justice and result justice to measure performance appraisal justice, and build a theoretical model including procedure justice, interactive justice, and result justice and job performance. The questionnaires and data collection is from equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, the company’s employees for the study, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested. After confirming the scale has good credibility and effectiveness, structural equation model based on the assumptions made to verify the following conclusions:(1) Procedure justice impact on job performance is indirect, influence the path program has two:"procedure justice Interactive justice-job. performance" and " procedure justice-result justice-job performance." (2) Interactional justice has direct and indirect impact on job performance, the indirect effects of the path is:"interactional justice-result justice-job performance." (3) Procedure justice and equitable interactive agency justice positive impact on the results, the impact of the path to "procedural justice-Interactive justice-result justice."This study examined the relationship between the performance appraisal justice and job performance, enriched the theoretical research, and improved the effectiveness and performance evaluation with some guidance and reference.
