Research On Grade Quality Control Of Loose Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves Purchasing In Longyan

As an important part of modern tobacco agriculture construction, the pattern that loose flue-cured tobacco leaves purchasing is a major change of the traditional purchasing of tobacco. By researching and improving the regulations of the grade quality control of the purchasing of loose flue-cured tobacco, the qualified rate of tobacco-leaf grades can be increased effectively, the use value of tobacco can be promoted, and the supply of the high-quality tobacco leaves can be guaranteed, thus, such issue has become a key study in plantations where flue-cured tobacco grow in.In this article, we take Longyan as an example, analyze the grade quality control status and problems of the purchasing of loose flue-cured tobacco through the methods of field investigation, literature as well as comparative tests to collect relevant information. Meanwhile, in order to provides information and reference for other flue-cured tobacco leaves production region to develop a scientific method of the purchasing of the loose-leaf, we explore how to effectively improve the qualified rate of tobacco leaves’ grades from system construction, team building, and regulatory process. The main results are as follows:1. We describe the research background, research significance, research status and research methods of the pattern of domestic loose flue-cured tobacco leaves purchasing. By investigation such patterns, we find out a series of problem:lack of professional-grading, mixing of different stack position, mixing of main groups and vice groups, mixing of different grade, low level of management measures executive force, original and professional test not in place, performance evaluation incomplete;2. We analyze the inducements of professionally-graded, measures of purchasing, quality supervision and management, ensure key influencing factor of the professional proficiency of staff for professionally-graded and quality management, the guidance for quality controller, the applicability of regulation for purchasing of loose tobacco leaves, the executive rate of measures for purchasing management and the quality examination and assess;3. We establish the grade quality management concept model under the pattern of loose tobacco leaves purchasing in the base of key elements searched, and aim at such model, promote the professionally-graded staff’s professional proficiency, optimize the regulation for loose tobacco leaves purchasing, make sure the guidance for quality controller’s professionally-grading, enhance the exam for purchasing, reinforce performance evaluation, complete hardware facilities, carry out the strategies of patterns for non-originally classify loose tobacco leaves purchasing and lean purchasing, indeed, verify the effects of such patterns and obtain results to some degree;4. We make a conclusion that such concept model this article constructed can not only solve the key factors of the professional proficiency of staff for professionally-graded and quality management, the regulation for purchasing of loose tobacco leaves, the exam for purchasing and the performance evaluation, but improve the grade of tobacco leaves effectively as well. Finally, we put forward prospect for the deficiencies in this study.
