Competition is more and more incentive in the era,to stand out in the fierce competition, medicine enterprise must innovate in order to improve the market shares,so that increasing profits to drive the innovation of production and R&D.Therefore, innovative pharmaceutical marketing personnel training is crucial.In recent years, university-enterprise cooperation (UES) mode has been gradually mature, university-enterprise cooperation mode can make use of various resources to promote the cultivation of talents.The target of this research is to find out the influence factors of innovative medicine marketing personnel training in UES mode,by Collating and summarizing the UES mode, as well as innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents combined with related research at home and abroad, this chapter defines the UES mode concept in this study. From the innovation quality, innovation ability and innovation knowledge, this chapter defines innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents. The object of this research is students in XS business academy and the students in their original class.The method of this research is to test the factors of innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents and its own through questionnaires,the factors of innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents has six dimensions, personal trait, school motivation, teaching resource, cultivation mode, cultivation situation and enterprise support,the innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents’ test has three dimensions,innovation quality, innovation ability and innovation knowledge,we use SPSS 18.0 and LISREL8.7 to analyse the data.The results of this research is that personal trait,cultivation mode, cultivation situation and enterprise support have a significant positive impact for innovation quality, innovation ability and innovation knowledge;school motivation has a significant positive impact for innovation ability,but has no significant positive impact for innovation quality and innovation knowledge; teaching resource has a significant positive impact for innovation ability and innovation knowledge.but has no significant positive impact for innovation quality. And on this basis we provide relevant recommendations for innovative pharmaceutical marketing personnel training from three aspects-students, universities and enterprises.
