Housing problem is an important livelihood issues. Within a few years, public housing from coming into view until now, has become an important form of affordable housing projects, and the rise of a national consensus. In 2014 the State Council issued 10 million units of affordable housing construction tasks in public rental up to 2.2 million units, accounting for 22% of the total task. With the pace of development accelerated innovation pilot status from affordable public rental housing as the main transition of affordable housing.However, in the current process of accelerated urbanization, and various industrial enterprises in the city have gathered each industrial park trend, the relative concentration of enterprise and employment, housing demand is increasing conflict and Enterprise dormitory construction is lagging behind now in particular.
