Analysis On Land Readjustment Potentiality And Plan Of HanZeng Town In JiangYou Country

Land is the most basic human survival subsistence production, and it plays a vital role in human social and economic activities. In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, urban construction and investment has expanded rapidly, land supply and demand imbalance, and appear serious shortage of arable land. This phenomenon has affected food production and sustainable agricultural development. It is important to improve the quality of cultivated land to increase the number of arable land through land consolidation. In order to carry out scientific and rational land development projects, It is necessary to research the potential of land consolidation.This article, taking Jiangyou County Hanzeng town land consolidation project as an example, through the study area land use, land-use constraints for analysis, soil and water resources, to evaluate the suitability of the land, and in the context of land consolidation theory by farmland consolidation potential and unused land consolidation potential of measurement and classification. And finally get a different sort potential class status.(1)The arable land potential analysis of Hanzeng town estimates, irrigation paddy through grid fields and paddy finishing can add newly 10.25 hm2 of farmland; to change ladder of upland slope can add farmland newly 27.73 hm2; the glory of the wasteland town finishing, can add 0.8 hm2 of arable land. The town can increase farmland 38.26 hm2, and the new rate of arable land is 9.97%.(2)Hanzeng town land consolidation potential evaluation value is 3.0677, with some consolidation potential. The area of land under natural conditions is relative to the larger social economic conditions and basic conditions.
