In modern society, the rapid development of the tourism industry, accounting for the proportion of GNP growth year after year. At the same time, under the impetus of the State Council, relevant documents, throughout the country have plans to build a large number of city parks. However, in the context of the rapid development of the tourism industry, the vast majority of the city park itself has a good self and external conditions, but did not get any development dividend, but there was the case of widespread losses. Why is there this situation, how to solve this problem, it would be great research value problem.This article will be selected Xi’an Chanba National Wetland Park study object. As a typical city park, the park is facing these problems. In this paper, through marketing plan to make the park to achieve the company to break even for the purpose of theoretical research and field research as a starting point study, based on a full analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the park on marketing strategy adjustment, relying on the SWOT analysis tools and features Lauth positioning theory, the external environment and internal factors park a full range of analysis, and based on the analysis results of the park for precise positioning, combined with computer technology to create a park around locate comprehensive project. In addition, to ensure the effective implementation of the projects can be planned, the paper of the company’s organizational structure was adjusted accordingly, to computer intelligence system to support projects carried out frame design. Finally, also on the basis of historical data of similar parks marketing program is expected to be the final rough estimate, the development of marketing models studied in this paper were the long-term outlook.This article is an attempt to realize the city park itself through marketing management health operations. On the one hand, the Xi’an Chanba National Wetland Park operation and development of a new development ideas; on the other hand, also give the other resorts offer a certain significance and practical guidance, or even other industries to inspire and reference. To ultimately increase the economic efficiency of enterprises and sources of revenue increase resource utilization efficiency of social benefits.
