In the knowledge economy era, accumulative knowledge in enterprise is regarded as intangible assets, and the effective knowledge sharing is the key to keep enterprise’s competitive advantage. However, the traditional knowledge management system based on knowledge database is difficult to excavate the hidden knowledge, employees are weak at participating in enterprise knowledge management, and managers also lack of long-term planning on knowledge management, those all impede the development of enterprise knowledge sharing. With the rapid development of social networks, social networks are good at information sharing and interaction, which support the optimize of employees’ knowledge sharing.Based on studying the existing papers, this paper define the concept and features of enterprise social network, and put forward the requirement analysis and platform using of social network, apply the social network analysis to analyze essential factors and relational structure on the social network platform, define the concept of employee’s influence, build the employees’ influence model based on PageRank algorithm and finish the design and implement the employees’ influence ESNRank (Enterprise Social Network Rank) algorithm. Through the empirical research of a consulting company, analyze the function of social network platform and employees’ relationship. According to two dimensions of knowledge network structure, analyze the network structure and influence of knowledge sharing behavior. As a result, employees’ knowledge sharing behavior will affect their network relation attributes, ESNRank algorithm provides a new evaluation to analyze employees’knowledge sharing behavior.From the perspective of practical application, this paper confirms that social network application has a promotion effect on the knowledge management and knowledge sharing. The social network analysis and ESNRank algorithm will provide a reference for the optimization of social network implementation and employees’knowledge sharing in knowledge intensive enterprises.
