Study On The Evaluation Index System Of The Firm Network Capability In Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Since 1990, the network arise because the cooperation of technology and economic among companies. The merge of network has changed the traditional competition mode fundamentally. The competition has been among networks rather than firms. As a business environment, the formation, structure, management and evolution of the network will affect the competition of firms. Firm network capability is that the relationship ability in firm. The firm network capability can attain competitive advantages for companies. However, the effective network capability of networks is not natural. There are many factors of complicated the firm network capability. The scientific evaluation of firm network capability can benefit to inhance thefirm network capability. At the present, the studies of network capability’s evaluation system are seldom. Network has popular in the electronic manufacturing industry. The inhance of firm network capability affect the network performance, further affect the firm development. Therefore, it is significant to structring an evaluation index system of the firm network capability in electronics manufacturing industry and improving firm network capability in electronics manufacturing industry in China.After review of former literatures, this paper summarized the related studies of the concept, contents, the infect elements and the relationship between networks capability and company performance as the theroy foundation; Membership analysis and principal component analysis in this paper are used to select the indexes of this evaluation model; AHP is used to given weights to the indicators; The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been used in this chapter. In fifth chapter, some advises are given to improve the electronics manufacturing companies’ network capability of company.There are three innovations in this study:1. Constructed an evaluation index system of the firm network capability in electronics manufacturing industry. This system enriched the theory system of firm network capability.2. Measured the firm network capability of the typical cases with this evaluation system.3. Discussed the strategies of firm network capability in electronics manufacturing industry in China.
