Study On The Cultivated Land Protection In The Process Of Urbanization In Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province

In recent years, China vigorously promote the construction of urbanization process, the city of Yuncheng is also aware of the importance of the construction of new urbanization construction, and is also vigorously promote the new urbanization.But with the advance of new urbanization, cultivated land resource protection is gradually outstanding, quantity of cultivated land resources showed a decreasing trend.In recent years, Yuncheng City, urbanization and industrialization to accelerate the development, transportation, telecommunications, electricity and other infrastructure construction has been continuously improved; the accelerating urban construction,urban built-up area continues to expand; the further opening of the economy, to undertake industrial transfer ability gradually improve, park construction is in the ascendant. At the same time, Yuncheng city cultivated land occupied is prominent,shrinking arable land, land pollution and waste a serious problem, the contradiction between people and land is sharpening, protection of cultivated land pressure and increasing the difficulty of so, how to solve the contradiction between the new urbanization construction and cultivated land protection, to the city of Yuncheng has brought problems.Under this background, this paper takes the research on the protection of cultivated land resources in the process of the urbanization in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province as the research topic. First of all, this paper gives a brief overview of the development of urbanization in Yuncheng City, and on the basis of this analysis, the impact of urbanization of Yuncheng city to the local protection of cultivated land resources. Secondly, this paper studied in the construction of towns in Yuncheng city cultivated land resource protection status, and the summed up the existing problems,these problems are mainly: the use and protection of cultivated land resources planning problems, consciousness of cultivated land protection insufficient, goal of farmland resources appraisal deficiencies, land saving and intensive use are still inadequate, the illegal phenomenon of the review is insufficient, and ecological protection of cultivated land shortage.Finally, this paper solve the problem from the angle of in order to solve the contradiction between the new urbanization construction and cultivated land protection, Yuncheng City needs not only to continue to push forward the construction of the new town, more attention should be paid to the protection of cultivated land resources in the process of development. Therefore, Yuncheng City need from strengthening the utilization and protection of the cultivated land resources planning,to further strengthen the consciousness of cultivated land protection, formulate,decomposition and evaluation targets of cultivated land resources, strengthen land saving and intensive use, to strengthen compliance with the audit review, strengthen for arable land ecological protection and so on, to further improve the measures to protect cultivated land resources.
