| At present, China’s textile and clothing industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,but as the white-hot competition in the international market,the rising cost of labor and energy,the exchange rate fluctuations and other factors,which making the comparative advantage of Chinese textile garment industry is weakened,Its long-held high input, high consumption and accompanied by high growth mode can not continue, the industry must change from the extensive production model which depends on the quantity and the scale expansion to the intensive production mode.the study of the industrial technology efficiency is discussing the industrial economic growth quality for the promotion of sustainable economic development from the Angle of resource utilization, by improving the technology efficiency to maintain the sustainable development of industry.This paper is based on improving the technology efficiency of textile garment industry and Strengthening the utilization level of elements, firstly, using DEA and DEA-Malmquist index to reflect the technical efficiency level of textile garment industry and then using SFA to study the main factors that influence the technical efficiency.Combined with a variety of empirical analysis results,this paper concluded the following main conclusions:First,On the whole,the comprehensive technical efficiency of China’s textile garment industry generally is not high,and the scale efficiency is the main power to drive the comprehensive technical efficiency ascension; From the point of the regional average, the technical efficiency of textile and garment industry from high to low in turn is the northeast area, the coastal areas, the central area,the beijing-tianjin region and the west region.Second,China’s textile and clothing industry in addition to the PTE index tends to be stable, the rest of the index showed wave-like development,The TFP index greatly influenced by the change of technological progress;Most coastal area index are higher than the national average, so the coastal area is still the main force of the development of Chinese textile and garment industry,the Midwest region also shows a tendency of rapid development.Third, the industry output, technical equipment level and the market structure has a significant positive influence on the technical efficiency of China’s textile garmentindustry.Finally,the improvement of the technical efficiency should be discussed mainly from five aspects:speeding up the textile and garment industry in regional structural adjustment;Promoting the development of textile and garment industry cluster; Improving the technology innovation system;realizing the resource integration by "Internet + textile clothing" integration development;At the same time,the four regions still need to adjust measures to local conditions, should respectively take different development measures. |
