With the further deepening of the market economy, competition among banks will be focus on the outstanding financial talent first. Market competition has translated materialized resources competition into human resources competition. And as an important part, performance appraisal has played a key role in human resource management.This paper taking the account manager performance appraisal system of Bank of Communications as the study, through the analysis of the current situation of the company’s performance assessment at this stage, pointed out its problems:The content of the assessment is too simple; Assessment methods lack of targeted; Assessment results and treatment are not completely linked. And to identify the cause of problems in account manager performance assessment of Bank of Communications:Lack of modern management idea; Lack of feedback interviews; Lack of self-evaluation; Lack of a performance culture. Paper along identify problems, analyze problems, problem-solving, based on the establishment of performance evaluation system to meet the demand of improving organizational performance and achieving business continuity of development, From the establishment of performance appraisal system of the basic process, performance appraisal program and index system construction, control process of performance appraisal, performance appraisal and evaluation, performance feedback, performance results and application were studied, to establish a suitable account manager performance appraisal system of Bank of Communications. And has proposed safeguards measures for smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system in terms of performance culture, performance evaluation capabilities, client manager training system and so on.This article is based on the study of Account Manager staff performance appraisal of the Bank of Communications, the purpose is provide important theoretical basis and implementation plan which the commercial banks in the current financial market is becoming more unified and open, orderly competition and the rising of financial talent level and structure requirements of situation how to build first-class bank...
