In recent years,the traditional state-owned banks are facing many challenges,such as the influx of foreign banks,the rapid development of Internet finance,the rise of joint-stock banks and so on,resulting in slow business development.As of September2019,a total of 18 private banks in China have been approved by the CBRC,and as of July 2019,more than 40 private banks have applied to the CBRC for establishment.Commercial banks are being carved up by the Internet finance,such as Alipay and Cai Fu Tong,and so on,and the current financial supervision policy is more and more strict.The state-owned commercial banks must transform rapidly,innovate products and adjust the structure of enterprises to help enhance the core competitiveness,so as to achieve the strategic goal.A set of effective performance appraisal plan can not only effectively mobilize and fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees of commercial banks and the development and innovation potential of enterprises.The optimized implementation of performance management evaluation scheme has become an important key link in the process of transformation and upgrading of commercial banks,which also plays a positive role in promoting the completion and smooth progress of the transformation.The research object of this paper is the performance appraisal scheme of individual customer manager of Jiangxi branch of bank s.In order to find out what problems exist in the current performance appraisal scheme,firstly,the data about the basic situation of individual customer manager of Jiangxi branch of bank s is collected,and some analysis is made on the basic situation.Then,through the selection of typical samples of interviewees,we have an in-depth interview with the person in charge of the grass-roots outlets and the personal customer manager in Jiangxi Province.The whole conversation revolves around the whole process of performance appraisal and the relevant links,and makes a detailed interview record.Through the interview process and interview record,we can find that there are some problems in the performance appraisal process of the personal customer manager In-depth analysis of the problems to find out the reasons.At the same time,in order to improve the reliability of this paper's performance appraisal research,an online questionnaire about the content of performance management of Jiangxi personal customer manager of bank s is added.Through the online questionnaire,we can know whether the process and method of performance management are reasonable,whether the appraisal weight indicator and the method of setting the appraisal weight indicator are scientific,and the analysis and response of the appraisal weight indicator results Whether the method is effective and in place runs through all aspects of performance management of individual customer managers.Through performance management,we can find out the existing problems,find out the causes and propose effective solutions.First of all,this paper takes the strategic goal of the enterprise as the starting point,and analyzes the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise through smart.Then through the balanced scorecard,the first level performance indicators are divided into four indicators: customer,finance,internal process,learning and growth.By decomposing the strategic objectives of an enterprise,the second level performance appraisal indexes that can be realized in practice are listed.Finally,the importance of the evaluation indexes is compared one by one through the expert evaluation method,and the importance is assigned according to the 1-9 scale method.Using the hierarchical analysis method to calculate,the weight of each evaluation index is obtained,and the balance scorecard evaluation form of personal customer manager of bank s Jiangxi branch is designed,and the calculation formula of performance evaluation is listed.The new performance appraisal scheme of individual customer manager not only greatly optimizes employee performance and improves the actual work enthusiasm of customer manager,but also further analyzes and optimizes the communication and feedback of performance appraisal of customer manager and the application of performance appraisal results.This is more conducive to the further improvement of enterprise performance management ability and fully stimulate the potential of employees,and then enhance the core competitiveness of s Bank,occupy more market share,and finally achieve the goal of corporate strategic objectives.
