| Project quality management is an important part of project management, the result has a decisive influence on quality of products and services. As the global Flat-panel display(FPD) manufacture transfer to China, many of new factories are building,which related to its materials-- photosensitive coating proposed localization production requirement. At present, the domestic technology of photosensitive coating is almost a blank compared with the developed countries. This technology introduced from abroad, therefore, to establish a set of suitable for the truth of the quality management framework is particularly important in China.By consulting literature,including the existing quality management theory, several common conclusions are generalized:quality management is the most economic (i.e., resource optimization) in order to fully meet the customer quality requirements, and the use of the science principle and method of statistics. Due to the gap between foreign enterprises and domestic enterprises in the technical strength, industrial structure and enterprise investment, blindness in all copies of the quality management system, is bound to cause the waste of resources, difficulty of management and the cost increase. After analysis of foreign technology, from the man, machine, material, method and environment, this thesis focuses on localization project quality control and quality improvement, including the use of Statistical tools,such as Statistical Process Control(SPC),Capability Index of Processfor for quality Control; Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Design of Experiments (DOE), PDCA for quality improvement.The level of Quality for this project is improved.This thesis will analyze the problems in the localization quality management,and provide some suggestions to solve the problems in some similar projects. |
