Class talent is the basis for building first-class enterprises. Today’s businesses, who have a large number of highly qualified personnel, who will be able to gain a firm foothold in the market competition. EQ Company of Beijing by China CNR Corporation to adapt to the overall restructuring of listed and funded the establishment of rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises, an important production base of Beijing Railway locomotive repair. Especially in the current macro environment and rejuvenating talent strategy, our talent supply and demand index higher, the status quo remains tight supply and demand of technical personnel, equipment manufacturing rising demand for talent, companies need to follow Beijing EQ SO strategy, combined with their own advantages and good opportunities to implement centralization of talent development strategy, strive to occupy the commanding heights of the equipment manufacturing industry talent development.According to the modern theory of human development, the company’s development strategy around Beijing EQ, its talent development strategy needs from personnel training, talent introduction, talent management, personnel and other aspects of the use of the start, and through a new era of talent development concept, improve personnel career development planning building a "double" talent development mechanism and innovative "double training, double insurance" to protect the organization, deeply rooted in human growth and success of the corporate culture, in order to build a modern system of personnel development, in ensuring basic human development goals on the EQ to achieve the Beijing company to the international development strategy, laying a strong talent base.
