Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",new ventures have become a fresh force in the socialist market economy,and innovative activities have provided a steady stream of impetus for the development of new ventures.According to the research results of 2016 Zhejiang entrepreneurship observation,the number of people who start a business accounted for 51.8%of the total number of people in Zhejiang Province,85%of the nascent entrepreneurs believe that the products or services they provide are new to some customers,which indicates that entrepreneurship activities are quite active and the innovation performance of start-ups is worthy of recognition in Zhejiang province.The entrepreneurship and innovation has also become a hot topic of academic research.In the early days of entrepreneurship,besides relying on their own knowledge and ability to discern market changes and formulate corresponding product and service strategies,entrepreneurs also obtain various aspects of knowledge and resource through social network.The new knowledge and resources will be shared to the enterprise members,and promote the staff to study together,so as to stimulate employees'inspiration and achieve innovation performance.In this paper,from the view of social characteristics,the social network is divided into interpersonal network,business network and institutional network,and organization learning is divided into exploitative learning and exploratory learning,to study the relationship between network social characteristics,organization learning and innovation performance.On the basis of reading previous literatures,social network,organization learning and innovation performance and their relationship are reviewed.The moderating effect of organization open atmosphere is also analyzed,and the research model is obtained.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical model,the author interviewed some entrepreneurial parks in Hangzhou,issued questionnaires to 320 new ventures,and analyzed 247 valid questionnaires.The findings are as follows:(1)the relationship between business network and exploitative learning,exploratory learning,innovation performance is positively significant.(2)institutional network is positively related to exploratory learning and innovation performance.(3)organization open atmosphere plays a moderating role in the relationship between organization learning and innovation performance.Compared with the previous research,the innovation of this paper is:(1)the previous research on social network are considered from the structure and relation characteristics,rarely consider the social characteristics,the social characteristics is divided into interpersonal network,business network and institutional network,to study their different relationship with exploitative learning,exploratory learning,innovation performance.Based on this,entrepreneurs can build their own social network targeted to better promote organization learning and innovation performance.(2)organization open atmosphere plays a moderating role in the relationship between organization learning and innovation performance.The open atmosphere is important for the innovation activities of the enterprise,in the atmosphere,staff will use the knowledge to improve the product or service,through continuous trial and error correction,promoting products and services iterative upgrade.
