In order to adapt to the development of world education, non education trend in enterprise training, academic education cannot fully meet the people’s ever-increasing learning charging requirements, it is difficult to adapt to the high speed development of economy form, emerge as the times require enterprise training and education institutions. Enterprise training mechanism can not only serve the enterprise level employees, its training dimension, height also can meet the demand of senior managers, is the enterprise strategy development in the most competitive a superior force. In many developed provinces and regions of our country, the enterprise personnel training has been deep into all aspects of the various sectors of business, to meet the different needs of enterprise employee life stages of re education needs, therefore, training has become an important part of the cause of Chinese talent training.However, compared with the developed countries, training institutions in China started late, the lack of experience, lack of guidance in the international market competition, the related research is also inadequate. Jilin Province as the hinterland of the automobile industry base and other old industrial cluster, the survival and development of training institutions facing the good opportunity, but the opportunity always and threats at the same time, for the training institutions in Jilin Province, how to use reasonable strategy to develop the mechanism advantage in the fierce competition in the market, so as to get further development and growth, as is in the competition of training institutions and development stage of serious problem for the present. According to the configuration and conditions of their own resources factors, from the actual situation, give full play to the role of enterprise advantage, talent showing itself in the market competitive environment, become the training institutions need to seriously consider the strategic issues.Therefore, this article through the analysis and research of the German enterprise training center, carries on the analysis from the face of the training institutions in the development, competitiveness, problems, opportunities and challenges, has been clear about the mechanism of the advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, according to the target market positioning, product, price, channels from the service, such as brand design competition and the development strategy and corresponding scheme, career exploration and establishment to competition and to guide the development of Wende enterprise training center strategy, training institutions in Jilin Province in the future for a long period of time continued to send a letter is of great practical significance.
