With the development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of economy in our country, especially the adjustment of industrial structure, provides the modern logistics industry development in our country is very favorable development opportunities. In Shandong province to promote the industry sustained, stable and healthy development, reasonable utilization and protection of coal resources, coal production, business activities, to improve the quality of the coal production enterprises and economic benefits, and promote the economic development of Heze, give full play to the advantage of the Juye coal mine, solve the problem of coal transportation is difficult at the same time, the construction of the Juye coal mine coal storage and distribution center has great research significance.In Juye-Longgu coal mine coal distribution center construction project as the research object, the use of the risk management related theory, analysis to identify the various risks in the project construction, and using the method of combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the risk of project construction is evaluated, and proposed the corresponding risk prevention countermeasures.First of all, learning from the related theory, project risk of Juye-Longgu coal mine coal distribution center construction project has carried on the concrete instance analysis; Secondly, by analyzing the basic situation of project construction, provide the basis for analysis of project construction risk; Again, through all kinds of risk, risk identification reveals the project mainly includes management risk, financial risk, environment risk, supply chain risk and technical risk; Using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the weight of each risk evaluation index, and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of determine the risk level of project, project construction risk is moderate risk, should continue to strengthen risk supervision, do a good job in risk prevention measures; Finally, in view of the nature of the project risk, proposed the corresponding risk countermeasure.In this paper, the research of Juye-Longgu coal mine coal storage and transportation and distribution line construction project risk assessment work has played a positive role in promoting, provides a risk evaluation index system of project supervision personnel, help project managers to identify the degree of risk, project construction for the project management strategy and risk prevention measures to provide decision support.
