Research On Business Model Factors About Yunnan Local Farmers Special Product Trade Enterprises

Yunnan is an important production base of agricultural products in South of China and meanwhile Yunnan is also an output base of characteristic agricultural products. Planting area and yield ranked of tobacco, flower, coffee, tea, sugar, rubber, potatoes etc, in Yunnan province is forefront of the country, and Yunnan is a mean area of the vegetable production and marketing of early maturing vegetable in winter and spring producing areas of china. The whole agricultural products trading level is not high, and the trading almost in agriculture trade market and supermarket. Therefore this paper aims at analysis on the basis of the present situation of Yunnan agricultural products, combined with the theoretical research of business model in recently year, to summarize the application in agricultural products in the development of the enterprises business model.At present, Business model research content mainly involves three aspects, business model concept, business model elements and business model innovation. From the concept, the business model is wide and comprehensive. Because of scholars from different perspectives, the definition of the concept of business model and the understanding of elements of business model failure to achieve unity. In the case of existing research, scholars have different research perspectives and emphasis, the theory is not mature, and the research framework of innovation theory is in the process of continuous exploration. So, this paper builds in the collation of the current theoretical research literature on the basis of the data, analysis of the agricultural product model, sums up the present situation summarize the elements of the innovation mode and discus innovative realization method.Comprehensive review of the literature, the article described business model related theory and agricultural products enterprises concept, and analyzed the type of agricultural products enterprises business model within the scope of the industry, then take Yunnan Province agricultural product industry for example, and put forward agricultural products trade business model constitute elements and business model design.
