The Research Of Export Credit Insiirance Supporting For Our Export Trade Of Agricultural Products

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the scale of international trade has gradually expanded, and the economic and trade dependence of different countries has been greatly improved. China after the accession to the WTO in the past ten years, the agricultural products trade has become a veritable import and export power, the world’s top ranked. But at the same time, in the international environment, with the increasing trade competition, the problem is obvious, especially after the financial crisis, the export of agricultural products in our country is facing a sharp increase, the case of the loss of the enterprise is more and more, which has greatly restrained the further development of China’s agricultural products export trade. As international trade and international financial phase association of a sector of the economy, export credit insurance in the products, services, and technology support for "going out" process, and protect the rights and interests of enterprises and foreign exchange, risk prevention and other aspects play "booster" and "security umbrella" function.Firstly, this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of China’s agricultural products in the international export trade, and a series of problems in practice, based on the two angles of the export of agricultural products in China. Secondly, we analyze the positive effect, the cost and the concrete effect of export credit insurance on the development of agricultural products from the perspective of mechanism. Again, through the agricultural product export enterprise profit function, empirical test of the two angles of China’s export credit insurance is how to affect the best export volume of agricultural products and how to play a role in the promotion of the total amount of export trade. Finally, under the present situation and the above theory and the empirical research, the conclusion is drawn and put forward to better play the role of export credit insurance to support the export trade of agricultural products.
