Study On Modern Agricultural Management Mode In Jiangsu Province

The change of agricultural management mode is a gradual evolution, and the substantive characteristic of modern agriculture is the modernization of agricultural management mode. The No.l document of Jiangsu Provincial in 2014 pointed out that, to develop modern agriculture, the fundamental status of basic rural operation system and household management should stay unshakable. Meanwhile, through promoting the common development of family management, collective management, cooperative management and business management and innovating forms of agricultural management and institutional mechanisms, a new system of modern agricultural management can be set up which features general farmers’intensive management, scale management of new operating entities and agricultural social services. According to the requirement of synchronous development of Four Modernizations (industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization), an innovative agricultural management mode should be founded so as to increase the agricultural benefit and farmer income, to promote the rural development harmoniously, furthermore, to boost the modernization of agriculture.This paper makes a detailed description of the domestic researches on agricultural management mode. It also goes into an in-depth study in terms of the evolution of Jiangsu agricultural management mode, overseas development experience, current situation of management mode, cultivation of operating entities, control on the scale of management which is based on property rights system and management system related to agricultural development. Through comparing and analyzing different modes, operating entities and scales, it puts forward new modes which are suitable for different farming regions and links in Jiangsu province. Finally, the paper comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions about the construction of modern agricultural management mode.
