Coupling Ralationship Between Rural Land Consolidation And Economic Development

Along with the high-speed development of the new-typed industrialization, new-typed urbanization, agriculture modernization and information construction, the demand of land grows rapidly, the land contradiction between supply and demand is more severe, the pressure of protecting land is more and more heavy, these factors give rise to the series contradiction between society economy and rural development. The most effective step to solve these contradiction is rural land consolidation. Rural land consolidation has important meaning for improving rural produce condition, developing modern agriculture,keeping the land protecting red line, ensuring grain safety, improving rural living condition, improving the farmer living level, improving the layout of city construction, promoting the intensive use of land, and resolving the contradiction between supply and demand. And all of these factors can promote economic development, meanwhile, the economic development can supply funds and technology for rural land consolidation. It is very important to analyze the coupling relation between rural land consolidation and economic development, and investigate the factors to effect the coupling relationship exhaustively.The system relationship between rural land consolidation and economic development is the mainly research object. Establish the formula of the coupling degree and coupling coordinate degree to research, this formula bases on the theory of synergetic, the theory of sustainable development, system theory, higher mathematics, linear algebra, probability theory as tools, and system controllability, stability as the foundation. First of all, based on analyzing the coupling relationship between rural land consolidation and economic development, establish the index system and model to research the coupling relationship between rural land consolidation and economic development in Baoying County. Then analyze the spatial difference of coupling system from the level of town. The research results show that rural land consolidation system and economic development system are highly coupling, mutual influence, the interaction coupling relationship gradually strengthened under the model of coupling. However, the coupling coordination level of these two system still can be improved. The factors to stop coordination development of these two systems including:the single investment channels, the contradiction between consolidation objects and the will of the people, one-sided pursuit of increasing the urban land using index in some place and the uneven distribution of benefits by fuzzy benefit right. At last, in order to resolve the existing problems in rural land consolidation, raise corresponding countermeasures from improving the financing system, Improving the government lead, peasants autonomy mechanics, innovating mechanism of benefit distribution, implementing diversity management and so on, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s land consolidation work and improve the level of regional economic development.
