In recent year,with the development of the management level in China,the competition of attracting talent employee is more intensive.It is very important for the companies to better attract,culture and keep the talent.Based on this background,effective incentive mechanism is very essential to a company,moreover,the future of the company is in some level depends on it.As a result,reconsider the current incentive mechanism,discover existing problems and improve it is very essential to a company.In the meanwhile,we can all see the effect of geography on talent.Especially for companies in Xinjiang,the unique geography and culture there brings both good sides and challenges to one company's incentive mechanism.It is every Xinjiang company's focus about how to establish a better incentive mechanism to attract and keep the talent.XJKJ is the first listed industrial company in Xinjiang.It is also the world largest manufacturer of high purity aluminum production and also of the electronic aluminum foil.Now,the total asset of XJKJ is more than 7 billion,and it's employees are more than 4000.As one of the most representative of industrial enterprises in Xinjiang,the products of XJKJ are widely used in aviation,aerospace,electronic industry and so on.They are sale to nearly 20 countries and areas,including Hong Kong and Taiwan.To make company have a better development in the future,it is so important to establish a more perfect incentive mechanism.This article represented by XJKJ company,based on the common feature of industrial enterprises in Xinjiang.Based on the current situation of incentive mechanism and the needs of the company,the author used different method to get the appropriate solution.The methods include field trip,problem analysis and so on.
