Research On National Food Security In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the only way to realize modernization, it is the universal law of social and economic development. At present, the urbanization of our country has been showing a trend of rapid development. The development of urbanization further worsened the situation of the shortage of agricultural land, and had a major impact on the land, water resources, labor, life style, consumption structure, and then affect food security. The food security problem is the core issue of China’s economic development and social stability. Need to develop and apply the strategy of food security, to ensure the food security of our country.Therefore, this thesis is based on the analysis of the concept of food security and urbanization, through the relevant theoretical basis of the study, put forward the impact of urbanization on the national food security in the presence of positive and negative effects of two points. It is necessary to bring about the problem of agricultural labor, land, water resources and consumption structure, but also the basis for the development of urbanization, which can provide a broad market for the development of urbanization. The urbanization will improve the farmers’ income, improve the technical level of grain production, and provide a broad market for the development of grain economy.Then, according to the above analysis, from the current food policy, from the scale of development, the implementation of more stringent land system and other food security, reduce logistics costs, strengthen macroeconomic regulation and other food logistics, build a multi-level trading market system, the development of food e-commerce and other food markets, to adjust agricultural policy funds, support agricultural infrastructure construction and other financial security aspects, the establishment of a series of policy recommendations on the mechanism and the dynamic reserve system reserve. In order to ensure the national food security in the process of urbanization, the national food security policy is put forward to establish and apply the urbanization.
