Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization Coordinated Development Research Of Gansu Province

In the process of urbanization,population urbanization and land are the two important factors of urbanization,the relationship between the coordinated development of both to achieve the goal of the new urbanization in our country.As important provinces in the western region of China,gansu province,is in a critical period of accelerated development of urbanization,new population urbanization and land can the harmonious development of urbanization,urbanization construction relationship with new success.In 2015 the national average urbanization rate was 56.1%,and gansu province urbanization rate of 43.1%,13% lower than the national average.Population urbanization problems,has become a new urbanization construction in gansu province and the main bottleneck for the development of the healthy development of economy and society.To accelerate the industrialization and urbanization process,trying to close the gap.In this paper,by constructing the coordinated development of urbanization in the population urbanization and land in gansu province level comprehensive evaluation index system,using the coupled coordination degree model from two angles of time and space research in gansu province and cities in the province's population urbanization and land development degree,the coupling of urbanization and coordinated development level,examine the effect of the new advance of urbanization.On the basis of the analysis of influence of population urbanization in gansu province and the related factors of the land urbanization coordinated development degree,and putforward to improve population urbanization in gansu province and the coordinated development of countermeasures and Suggestions of land urbanization.In this paper,the research results indicate that:(1)during 2005-2015 population urbanization level and land urbanization level presents ascendant trend overall coordinated development degree,increased from 0.595659 in 2005 to 0.996187 in 2015,the coordinated development of the two systems gradually by the coordination state into high quality coordination.(2)the population of the city of gansu province in 2015 the urbanization and the land is the coordinated development of urbanization,but the coordination category is low,the degree of coordinated development between different parts of the difference is obvious.Gansu province each region coordinated development degree of difference and the geographical position,economic development space evolution trend is closely associated.(3)in 2015 in gansu province 12 cities in terms of population urbanization,jiayuguan city,the singularity of the fastest growing population urbanization,In terms of land urbanization,lanzhou city,(4)Degree of industrialization in gansu province,openness,the income gap between urban and rural areas,economic development level,the fiscal system is the five variables affect the population urbanization in gansu province and the main factors of the coordinated development degree of land urbanization.For the above conclusions,this paper puts forward three suggestions:(1)the optimization and upgrading the industrial structure,the omni-directionalmulti-level expand employment;(2)reform the urban and rural dual system,speed up the rural labor flow freely;(3)the developing mode of regionalization,differentiation.
