Research On Application Of Human Resource And Communication Management In IMELAI Operation

Sichuan Keyway Software Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jiuzhou Group, focusing on software and e-commerce industry, is also an important support the realization of "hundreds of billions of Jiuzhou" target. Company has formed "one body two wings one base” to the electronic commerce business strategy layout, IMELAI as the main business e-commerce of the company. At 2015, IMELAI won the" the most competitive platform of Sichuan e-commerce ".IMELAI e-commerce construction project is cooperate by the sides of Mianyang and Beijing, the organization is complex, communication and transfer efficiency is low, project management is difficulty. In order to improve the project management level of IMELAI e-commerce construction, the author focusing on the analysis of human resource management and communication management in the electronic commerce construction. Specific research contents are as follows:In part of human resource management, this paper analyzes the situation and problems of human resource management, and analyzes the organizational structure, job responsibility, incentive mechanism, training culture construction and so on. The author has put forward to the organization structure accord with actual operation of IMELAI which is based on the research,also make the breakdown structure of WBS work, job description, project responsibility matrix and performance incentive method for this project.In part of communication management, this paper analyzes the situation and problems of communication management, the author put forward to the communication stakeholders register accord with actual operation of IMELAI, establish communication channels, developed a communication process,and thus put forward to the improvement measures of IMELAI e-commerce operations project communication management.In this paper, through the study of the IMELAI construction project, use project management, communication management, human resource management and other scientific theory and research methods to improve the management level of the IMELAI construction project, and to provide reference for similar project.
