The Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urbanization Development In Shanxi Province

A country or region’s economic and social development to a certain degree is bound to produce urbanization. Since 1978, the level of urbanization in our country has been increasing, the urbanization rate in 1978 was only 18%, in 2014, the urbanization rate in China has reached 54.77%. Shanxi Province, as a coal resource rich province also attaches great importance to the construction of urban construction, the current rate of urbanization in Shanxi province will also close to the national average level. However, with the rapid increase in the level of urbanization, Shanxi province in the process of promoting the development of urbanization has also appeared in different problems and contradictions, these problems are increasingly serious obstacles to the development of urbanization in Shanxi province. This paper first studies the successful integration of urban and rural areas, through the analogy of the method, can provide some reference for the development of urbanization in Shanxi province. Through the research of the development of urbanization in Shanxi Province, the existing problems and the development of urbanization in Shanxi province from the social, economic and ecological aspects of comprehensive evaluation, the three aspects of the practical development of Shanxi Province, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urbanization in Shanxi province to provide some help. This paper can be divided into the following parts:The first part:this chapter points out the current development of urbanization, the purpose and significance of the research, and the research contents and methods of this thesis are briefly introduced.The second part:this chapter introduces some basic theories of the development of urbanization, including the current international and domestic urbanization, the latest research trends, the basic connotation and characteristics of urbanization and some related theories.The third part:this chapter draws some enlightenment from the domestic and foreign successful experience, to the development of urbanization in Shanxi province.The fourth part:from the Shanxi Provincial Bureau of statistics collection of various indicators of the basic data, using the analytic hierarchy process to build the index system and the data to calculate the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits of urbanization in Shanxi province.The fifth part is the analysis of the fourth part of the evaluation of the results of the analysis of the current development of urbanization in Shanxi province and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
