The Internet not only enrich the information channel, improve the speed of information dissemination, promote the flow of knowledge and also provides communication and resource sharing platform for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs to obtain relevant information and knowledge will become faster Jie, thus the need for entrepreneurial resources can be effectively identified, the use of.Resource identifiction is very important to enterprise’s survival, development.Through the identification, obtain as much as possible the nature resources can obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Entrepreneurs based on the stage characteristics of the resources and the development of the enterprise can adopt different means of identification, the final recognition required resources, and access to resources, laid the foundation for the further development of the enterprise. In resource identification process, the need for a wealth of knowledge and the knowledge sources that entrepreneurial learning. Entrepreneurs through entrepreneurial learning will acquire entrepreneurial knowledge into their ability and improve resource knowledge ability and entrepreneurial activities in the future resource integration and lay a good foundation. This paper draws on the research results of scholars at home and abroad, introduces a new concept of Embedded Internet, to explore its impact on resource identification, entrepreneurial learning and mediating role in the relationship between the two plays. Through the study of the northeast, North China, East China, conducted a questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs, issued a total of 200 copies the questionnaire, recovery of 180, excluding invalid questionnaires, the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 75%. using statistical analysis software to analyze the collected data, this study obtained the following conclusions:(1) Internet embeddedness has possitive effection on the resource identification;(2)the link dimention of Internet embeddednessis positively related to the resource identification;(3) the fit dimention of Internet embeddedness is positively related to the resource identification;(4)the sacrifices dimention of Internet embeddednessis positively related to the resource identification;(5) Entrepreneurial learning has possitive effection onthe resource identification;(6) Entrepreneurial learning is founded a mediator in the relationshipbetween Internet embeddedness and Resource identification.
